Hi, I’m Phil Stewart. I created and administor a health and fitness program called Body Transform.
Body Transform is a 10-week program of education and guidance on truly effective exercise, nutrition and motivation. Through the 10 weeks, anyone can make dramatic changes to their body, their health, and their fitness. And most importantly they can learn to continue with the right habits life-long.
I provide my services as an online program, and I work in group settings with people in my hometown of Auckland, New Zealand.
What is my Blog all about?
It’s just me sharing my own sports and fitness stories. It’s a place for me to share the amazing success stories of people who have joined Body Transform. It’s somewhere for me to share some useful hints and tips with you.
I am now also publishing these blogs in the mainstream media at NZ’s no.1 news and blogging site voxy.co.nz.
